I like using this app on both my Windows PC and iPhone. It would be great if you could add the ability to drag and reorder tasks — that would make task management even easier.

I love the blocks where you can’t turn over your phone. Helps me focus.
This is an extremely powerful app for all its functionality: focus timer, time teacher, organized to do lists, projects, and tasks completely aligned to the GTD methodology. It meets all of my productivity needs as an ADD single mom of two with an executive level job outside the home! To the creators of this app, thank you!!!
This is a simple tool that really helps me focus and get things done.
it's almost perfect. Why not fully? bcuz this app need a calender tracker like events that will be enough to make it piece of diamond. Trust me this is ready to go productivity app & im using 2yrs maybe.(^_^)/
The app is very easy to use, great syncing to all devices and great for keeping account of your daily habits. Only "recommendation" would be to see tasks in a "Kanban" format in the near future. But other than that, ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!!
It is the best pomodoro app with lots of fantastic features!
I spent a lot of time getting all my tasks organized and the next day I went to go to my tasks and they’re all gone. You deleted all of my talk but one. I’m now deleting your app!
If you have trouble focusing or time blocking this is the perfect tool to help you stay focused!
I’m honestly a big fan of this app overall. I paid for it and I have it installed on all my devices and it’s helped keep me productive for the past year. HOWEVER! Anytime the clocks change or I travel to a different time zone I loose my sunlight streak. I also don’t like that my log in streak only counts if I open the app on my phone. One time I just used the desk top app all day and I logged tons of pomodoros but lost my streak because I didn’t open the phone app, even though all my accounts are synced. I know it’s a small dumb problem, but it’s annoying when I’ve worked up a large streak. Growing the plant once you get to higher levels gets very hard and takes a long time without the built up sunlight points from the streak.
If you dont pay you cant even change the pomodoro time duration. So stupid
Love this app. Helps me stay on track and focused during study sessions! It also helps me visualize the work I’m putting into studying.
Focus To-Do has all the options that I want for a Pomodoro app
This app holds a special significance for me. No matter which productivity application I try, I always return to Focus To-Do. What stands out the most is that it aligns perfectly with my working style and helps me track my growth. Additionally, it follows the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology, which keeps me organized with both my short-term tasks and long-term projects. The time-blocking feature is another added benefit. The gamification aspect, where I earn sunlight to grow my tree, is an excellent way for me to monitor my achievements and progress. For some reason, this motivates me more than earning badges ever did. I would appreciate seeing more advanced features, such as integrations with other apps, but this isn't a major dealbreaker for me. Overall, I would give this app an A+ rating for anyone who values personal growth and progress.
Seamless between my pc and iOS devices. Just enough bells and whistles to fulfill my needs. Could it use some graphic updates? Sure. But even so still manages to be the best productivity timer I’ve found.
I need help with my payment method it won’t go through.
I love this app been using it for years but the new update now shows the complication on my AW as blank instead of the timer countdown as it always have. Edit: I had to re add the complication again to AW and it works fine now. It usually works great for my purpose. Mainly on my Apple Watch for pomodoro timers. Sometimes it doesn’t perfectly sync the countdown to my phone but 90% of the time it works great.
This helps me to be productive..
Great app, great features. Simple and straightforward. Wish list: -landscape mode for when I’m charging my phone -if I schedule a task with 3 rounds then it should automatically mark it completed OR ask if I need more rounds.
Great app wish it also had a heat map and would show the longest streak you have met your study hrs goal just like in anki.
Nothing can be sync across device.
I pay for the app and have enjoyed using the to do lists and focus timer for both personal and work life. I need mini goals and stretch goals so growing the tree a little bit at a time is nice. I appreciate seeing how you rank against others in the app and keep track of where I started and where I ended each day. This feature of rankings says it updates every hour, but there’s no way. It’s a broken feature and they need to fix it. My rankings will usually show me behind others after a solid 3-4 hours of focus time. If they fix this, I’ll change to 5 stars.
I’ve only used it once so far, but it’s lovely! I hope it continues to be free!
Thank you for putting this great app on the store. It has helped me in business and at home.
I can plan and organize like no other. However, this app enables encourages and ensures that I execute!! I am extremely educated and edified!!
这款软软件很棒,学习30分钟,休息15分钟。从今天起,我要更加自律。
Constant sync issues. As well as constant time zone issues. If you travel to a different time zone, your scheduled tasks won’t work properly. When you move time zones, tasks may be stuck in “tomorrow” or won’t show your scheduled due date. Instead the due date will be off. Support does not respond. Too many frustrating issues so I switched apps.
So simply, has everything you’d need to track tasks, organize into projects, schedule, and check off.
Ive used Focus To-Do for over a year and the one feature I wish they would have is to get a vibration notification on my apple watch when the session is over. I find the ring on the phone to be disturbing to other working around me.
I ran the timer for 40mins and when I check it, it says 12s. Not record the time correctly.
I usually love this app, but now it is not letting me add a task for today; it keeps changing it to tomorrow.
After daylight savings time began if I enter something for today I shows for tomorrow. It’s completely unusable now. I have been relying on this for over a year and now my whole way of organizing my life is gone. Screw you.
Overall a good app except when I used to be able to change the pomodoro time it is now a feature of premium which I’m very mad about please just allow people to be able to change the pomodoro time
Hello, there is no events option in the Windows version? Or maybe there is, I don't see! I really need the events option, but I don't see it in Windows. Please guide me. I am waiting for your reply.
So far this has been a really great experience. Exactly the functionality I need to get and keep me on track. Such a useful tool. I most enjoy being able to track task throughout the day and week. Ease and use ability is solid too. Overall great app so far. Thank you!
It integrates well with iOS. It has a nice stand-by mode that uses a proper dark background to take advantage of OLED screens; well-implemented notifications that properly take advantage of the dynamic island. And the free version has a really nice set of features. So this is in my opinion the best free pomodoro app. You can also support the devs and get a few extra features with the paid version. So yeah, amazing app!
The app name tells you you should be able to do two things: use a timer and keep track of tasks. The first one is ironically hard to do on the Apple Watch, and the second one is hard to do on either AW or iPhone... On the phone, it tries to do too much, or is at least not intuitive at what it does. Basically there's no home screen outside of the timer, and different functions are hidden in a menu that looks like a sidebar but works like a website with hyperlinks. The timer settings hidden under your profile, the graphs are hidden behind an icon on the top right, and the calendars you have to switch between by going back and forth to the menu. And really it's not a menu because your projects or for some reason listed there too. The timer works, but the live activity widget seems to use a lot of battery and cannot be paused/resumed without unlocking your phone. On the AW, it doesn't do enough. You can't start a task if you didn't already set it on another device, and it takes some time to sync those. You could start an unlabeled pomodoro, but you'd later have to label your sessions on another device. You can also only see the today menu so can only look at and do those tasks. All that said, I think the biggest con is that the actual timer itself doesn't give you an alert on your watch (!!!) I don't know if Apple is making this difficult for developers but for some reason there is not AW app that does pomodoro well, which you'd think would be the perfect device for it!
I found out about the Pomodoro Technique recently and this has been so helpful by even sorting task importance. Really helpful for my adhd and preventing task burnout. I’ve gotten so much done. It’s also helped me realize how long tasks actually take
His app is not designed well, and I regret paying for a lifetime subscription. For one thing, it seems at times to stop counting down, particularly when I switch to my podcast app. Also it is beyond stupid that when I switch to this app it stops playing my podcast or music, with no evident way to disable that. What genius thought of that? I’m glad it has an Apple Watch component, but what’s the point if it’s not counting down properly?
So I loved the app at first. A non distracting timer really helps with setting uninterrupted time to focus and then another time set for whatever length break you want to use. I used it mostly for studying. Now that I just started a new job and I’m trying to plow through modules I started using the app again, but now there’s a subscription. It’s still usable, but the custom timer looks to be locked behind a paywall, locked at 25min. The only way I found to get around would be using an old task I set up back then. If it was a one time app purchase I’d be alright with it, but for a simple app to lock basic features like repeating, time adjustments, etc, behind a paywall, it’s just a no from me.
It’s helpful
Grateful for this focusing method and this particular tool
This is the only task app that will not allow me to add a task from my watch. I love this app- like I really LOVE this app- but, this issue is causing me to think about changing back to Things or Todoist. Please, can this be updated?? THANKS SO MUCH.
i have a lifetime subscription and i still can't get my phone and my laptop to sink. each morning i update my tasks on my mac and i'll end up with a random assortment of tasks that were completed days before show up as overdue for today without my new tasks populating the fields. i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times on my phone but it does not update even though it claims it has just "synced" across all devices. there are multiple complaints of this across the reviews. i would love it if the app developer responded or better yet fixed this issue. it's a good enough app with great promises of functionality. i really can only use it on my computer because it will not sync properly on my phone. annoying.
Does exactly what I wanted. Nice integration with the Lock Screen. Only thing I’d like is an Apple Watch complication so I can look at my watch instead of the phone.
I have been using this app for many years and finally decided to come review it. I have tried several other apps, but this one is the one that works the best for my needs. I like that I can keep track of several tasks for different projects and set an estimated time for completion of each one. The free version is phenomenal, but I decided to purchased the lifetime access giving how much I use it and to have some of the premium features included.
This app has me being crazy productive. I LOVE the pomodoro and the project and tags system. Interface could be smoother but 10/10!
I’ve tried many apps and techniques. I find the differentiating benefit is planning on the fly - easily. This app does not get in the way nor become the end instead of the means. I love the reporting which keeps you accountable for your productivity - embarrassing sometime realizing how much time you can waste. I’d like a couple of organizational features - like being able to nest folders and especially to use the event calendar by showing scheduled tasks or to add created tasks to the calendar. Thanks for the perfect adhd solution!
Great App
